i’ve been battling self-injury since i was 10. i was just recently hospitalized for two months for it. i’m doing much better; my last relapse was after 7 weeks, and today, i’ve gone 17 days. i got this bracelet at the hospital. i wear it everywhere. it’s a constant reminder that i can overcome. and i will overcome. <3
